THRIVE Summer Enrichment Camp

Martha O'Bryan Center's 2010 Summer Camp
Thanks to your generous support, 100 youth from Nashville's most impoverished neighborhood went on a six-week journey this summer called "Build Design Explore and More."

As part of Martha O'Bryan Center's annual summer camp, elementary and middle school youth focused on reading and math as campers explored construction, art, graphic design, music and much more, culminating in a "Creative Innovation Fair" that showcased the results. And high school campers designed their futures through finding summer employment, writing a resume, visiting colleges and studying for the ACT.

Elemtentary Coordinator Henri Murphy shared some of his photos and reflections.
