Martha O'Bryan Center

The Martha O’Bryan Early Learning Center is now accepting applications for
Metropolitan Nashville Public School (MNPS) Pre-Kindergarten Classrooms.

Please bring:

Child’s Birth Certificate and Social Security Card (See us even if your child’s birthday is after September 30, 2010)

Immunization Record & Physical/Health Exam (Must be on Department of Health Certificate and within 12 months)

Proof of Residence in Davidson County (utility bill, home telephone bill, lease or homeowner policy)

Proof of Income (1040 tax form, Family First Letter, Letter from Employer)

All items listed above are required prior to placement consideration
